Quotes provided on the phone or in writing describe the specific equipment and installation included. Installation is performed by qualified independent installation contractors.
Pricing communicated to you applies to standard residential installations as described in your quote. Unusual site conditions, non-standard plumbing configurations, or additional equipment requested by you may change the final price, which we will communicate before work proceeds. A quote becomes a binding agreement when you accept it and sign the accompanying service agreement.
By providing your phone number to Heartland Pure Water Co, you consent to receive text messages from us regarding your inquiry, quotes, scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
